17. Powers of Authority to other bodies, etc.—The Federal Government may, in consultation with the Authority and by notification in the official Gazette, direct that any power exercisable by the Authority under this Act shal l, in relation to such matters and subject to such conditions as may be specified in the direction, be exercisable also by such body or such organization as may be specified in the notification.
