Section 29: Requirement of a written application

(1) A trade dispute complaint shall only be accepted under section 28, if it is made through a written application by one or more parties to the dispute. (2) An application under sub-section (1) shall— (a) be submitted to the Commission in such manner, number and form and with such fee as may be prescribed by regulations; (b) include supporting evidence for the claim made by the party, as is reasonably available to the applicant; and (c) contain such further information as may be prescribed.
