5. University open to all classes, creeds etc:___The University shall be open to all persons of either sex without prejudice of religion race, class, creed, colour or domicile who qualify for admission for the courses of study offered by it based on the criteria and policy determined by the Board, and no such person shall be denied the privileges of the University on the ground of sex, religion, race, class, creed, colour or domicile.
