6. Officers of the University. The following shall be the officers of the University, namely:— (a) the Chancellor; (b) the Pro-Chancellor; (c) the Rector; (d) the Registrar; (e) the Director of Examinations and Academic Affairs; (f) the Director Finance; (g) the Director of Research and Development; (h) Heads of Constituent Units and Faculties; and (i) such other persons as may be prescribed to be officers by the Board.
