Section 22: Communication of certain orders to civil prison officers

22. Communication of certain orders to civil prison officers.— Whenever an order is duly made under this Ordinance setting aside or varying any sentence, order or warrant under which any person is confined in a civil prison, a warrant in accordance with such order shall be forwarded by the court or the officer, appointed for the purpose by the Inspector General, to the officer in charge of the prison in which the person is confined. 1 Subs. by the Frontier Corps (Amdt.)
