6. Imposition of tea cess.—There shall be levied and collected, for the purposes of this Ordinance, a cess on all tea produced in Pakistan, at such rate not exceeding two rupees and eight annas per one hundred pounds of tea as the 1[Federal Government] may, by notification in the official Gazette, fix.
