9. Constitution of Tea Development Committee.____(1) The 3[Federal Government] may set up a Committee of the Board, to be known as the 4[Tea Development Committee], consisting of___ (a) The Chairman of the Board. 5[* * * * * * *] 6[* * * * * * *] (2) A member of the Committee, not being a Government servant shall receive such allowances as the 3[Federal Government] may determine. (3) A member of the Committee shall cease to be so when he ceases to be a member of the Board.
