36I. Establishment of AOB.—(1) There is hereby established an independent audit oversight board to function in the public interest. (2) AOB shall have perpetual succession and common seal and can sue and be sued in its own name. (3) AOB shall perform such functions as assigned to it under this Part and shall have all powers incidental and ancillary thereto.
