135B: Schedule for partition

Schedule for partition.– Notwithstanding anything contained in sections 135 and 135-A, the Revenue Officer may, with approval of the Collector of the District, initiate partition of any of the joint holdings in an estate in accordance with the publicly displayed schedule for partition as approved by the Collector of the District.]
