28. Inspection and reports.___ (1) Every affiliated college shall furnish such reports, returns and other information as the University may require to enable it to Judge the efficiency of the college. (2) The University may call upon any affiliated college to take, within a specified period, such action in respect of any matter mentioned in subsection (1) of section 26 as the University may deem fit.
