THE KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION AND SUCCESSION CERTIFICATES ACT, 2021 (KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA ACT NO. X OF 2021) (First published after having received the assent of the Governor of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the Gazette of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, (Extraordinary), dated the 05 , 2021). May AN ACT to provide for an efficacious and speedy mechanism for issuance of Letters of Administration and Succession Certificates. WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for an efficacious and speedy mechanism for facilitating issuance of Letters of Administration and Succession Certificates aimed at curtailing fraud and forgery. It is hereby enacted by the Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as follows:
