9: Fee and costs

(1) The Authority may charge such fees and other sums, as may be prescribed, for its services under this Act including sums incurred on publication of public notice. (2) The charges or sums received under sub-section (1), shall be credited to the NADRA Fund established under section 24 of the National Database and Registration Authority Ordinance, 2000 (VIII of 2000).
