33. Benefits and insurance.⎯ (1) The Institute shall constitute for the benefit of its of ficers, teachers and other employees schemes, as may be prescribed for the provision of postemployment benefits as well as health and life insurance while in service. (2) Where any provident fund has been constituted under this Act, the provisions of the Provident Funds Act, 1925 (XIX of 1925), shall apply to such funds as if it were the Government Provident Fund.
