Recruitment, conditions of service, etc. The Authority shall, by regulations made with the prior approval of the 1[division concerned], lay down the procedure for the appointment of its officers and servants, and the terms and Conditions of their service including the constitution and management of provident fund for them, and shall be competent to take disciplinary action against them.
