54. Delegation of powers to Chairman, etc. The Authority may, by general or special orders, delegate to the Chairman, or a member or an officer of the Authority, any of its powers, duties or functions under this Act, subject to such conditions as it may think fit to impose. CHAPTER VI FINANCE
