55. Delegation of certain functions of Provincial Government to Electric Inspectors. –The 1[Provincial Government] may, by general or special order, authorize the discharge of any of its functions under section 13 or section 18 2[or section 34, sub-section (2),] or clause V, sub-clause (2), or clause XIII of the Schedule by an Electric Inspector.
