568. Permits for dumping.—(1) The dumping of wastes or other matter not specified in section 567 is prohibited unless a prior special permit has been issued by the Federal Government. (2) Any person acting in contravention to this section shall be liable to a fine which may extend to five hundred thousand rupees and imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than three months.
