565. Reception facilities for noxious liquid substances in Pakistan.––The Federal Government shall ensure that the ships using its ports, terminals or repair, ports shall have— (a) cargo loading and unloading ports and terminals with facilities adequate for reception of residues and mixtures containing noxious liquid substances; and (b) ship repair ports undertaking repairs of chemical tankers with facilities ade- quate for the reception of residues and mixtures containing noxious liquid substances.
