22. Night work for women and children. —Except with the permission of the chief inspector, no woman or child worker shall be a employed in any tea plantation otherwise than between the hours of 6 A M. and 7 P.M. Provided that nothing in this section shall be deemed to apply to midwives and nur ses employed as such in any tea plantations.
