Section 32: Application by the Registration Officer for inclusion of name

32. Application by the Registration Officer for inclusion of name.—The Registration Officer may, within the period mentioned in section 30, apply to the Revising Authority— (a) for the inclusion in the electoral roll of the name of any person left out due to inadvertence or the absence of timely information while preparing the preliminary electoral rolls; or (b) for the exclusion of any name from the electoral roll or any correction of clerical, printing or other error which he is himself authorized to make under section 34.
