No suit, prosecution or any other proceedings shall lie against the Federal Government, Provincial Government, Chairman, members or any other officer, expert, consultant of the Commission, or any other person, in relation to any act or omission in the exercise of powers and duties under this Act, rules, regulations or guidelines made hereunder, save for conscious and deliberate wrongdoing.
