70. Cattle-trespass Act, 1871, to apply.—Cattle trespassing in a reserved forest any portion of a protected forest which has been lawfully closed to grazing shall be deem to be cattle doing damages to a public plantation within the meaning of section 11 of Cattle -trespass Act, 1871 (I of 1871), and may be seized and impounded as such by Forest-officer or Police-officer.
