82. Savings. Nothing in this Act shall— (a) affect the 1[Insolvency (Karachi Division 2* * ) Act (III of 1909)], 3* * * or (b) apply to cases to which Chapter IV of the Dekkhan Agriculturists Relief Act, 1879 (XVII of 1879), is applicable.
