3. Financial provisions.___(1) There shall be paid out of the 1[Federal Consolidated Fund] and until the 1[Federal Consolidated Fund] is constituted, out of the Revenues of the 2[Federal Government], all such sums as may be required for the purpose of making payments on behalf of the Government of Pakistan under paragraph (a) of section 3 of Article II of the Agreement. (2) Any sums received by the Government of Pakistan from the Corporation in pursuance of the Agreement shall be paid into the 1[Federal Consolidated Fund] and until the 1[Federal Consoli- dated Fund] is constituted into the Revenues of the 2[Federal Government].
