WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the participation of Pakistan in the said Corporation in pursuance of the aforesaid agreement; It is hereby enacted as follows :___

• Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement
• Section 2: Definitions
• Section 3: Financial provisions
• Section 4: State Bank to be depository for the Corporation
• Section 5: Certain provisions of Agreements to have force of Law
• THE SCHEDULE: THE SCHEDULE
