1. Short title, extent and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Evacuee Trust Properties (Management and Disposal) Act, 1975. (2) It extends to the whole of Pakistan. (3) It shall come into force at once and shall be deemed to have taken effect on the first day of July, 1974.
