5. Meetings of the Board.—(1) Save as hereinafter provided, the Board shall regulate the procedure for its meetings. (2) The meetings of the Board shall be called by the Chairman on such date, time and place as he may deem fit: Provided that not less than one meeting shall be held in every two months. (3) The Chairman shall1preside at every meeting of the Board. (4) If the Chairman is absent from any meeting, the members present shall elect one from amongst themselves to preside at the meeting; and the member so elected shall at that meeting exercise all the powers of the Chairman.
