1. Short title, application and c ommencement.__(1) This Act may be called the 2[Pakistan Armed Forces Nursing Service] Act, 1952. (2) It applies to the members of the 2[Pakistan Armed Forces Nursing Service] wherever they may be. (3) It shall come into force at once and shall be deemed to have taken effect on the tenth day of May, 1951.
