29. Date of patent.—(1) Subject to the other provisions of this Ordinance, every patent shall be dated as of the filing date of the application and in case of a Convention application the date of such earliest application filed in the Convention country from which priority has been claimed. (2) The date of every patent shall be entered in the Register.
