47. Compensation.__ (1) No undertaking shall be entitled to or be paid any compensation or damages by the Commission for any loss or injury suffered on account of the termination of any agreement or employment or the divestment of any share or property or any other action taken in pursuance of any order made under this Act. (2) Nothing in sub-section (1) shall prevent an undertaking from recovering compensation or damages from any other party for any loss or injury suffered on account of the termination of any agreement or employment or the divestment of any share or property or any other action taken in pursuance of any order made under this Act.
