Approval of the State Bank of Pakistan. —Notwithstanding anything contained in this Ordinance or any other law for the time being in force, no inquiry, investigation or proceedings in respect of a decision of a Board 11[or credit committee] of a Bank or financial institution, shall be initiated without the prior approval of the Governor, State Bank of Pakistan.]
