31C. 1[Court to take cognizance of offence with prior approval of the State Bank.] No Court established under this Ordinance shall take cognizance of an offence against an officer or an employee of a bank or financial institution for writing off, waiving, restructuring or refinancing any financing facility, interest or mark-up without prior approval of the State Bank of Pakistan.]
