15. Registered trade union to maintain register, etc.-- Every registered trade union shall maintain in such form as may be prescribed-- (a) a register of members showing particulars of subscriptions paid by each member; (b) an accounts book showing receipts and expenditure; and (c) a minute book for recording the proceedings of meetings.
