25. Nomination and transmission.—The provisions of sections 79, 80 and 81 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984,(XLVII of 1984), shall mutatis mutandis, apply to bookentry securities and all references to member or holder of debentures in those sections shall be construed as references to accountholders or subaccount holders, and all references to a company shall be construed as references to a central depository in case the bookentry securities belong to an accountholder and to a participant in case the bookentry securities belong to a subaccount holder.
