WHEREAS the Proclamation of Emergency referred to in clause (8) of Article 139 of the Interim Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan is in force; It is hereby enacted as follows:—

• Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

• Section 3: Act to override other laws, etc. This Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything to
