WHEREAS the Proclamation of Emergency referred to in Article 280 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan is in force; It is hereby enacted as follows:—

• Section 1: Short title, Commencement and application
• Section 2: Definition. In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,
