WHEREAS it is expedient in the public interest to provide for the surrender of illicit arms, improvement and control of law and order situation and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto: It is hereby enacted as follows:⎯
- Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement. (1) This Act may be called the Surrender of
- Section 2: Definitions. (1) In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,⸻
