WHEREAS, it is expedient, for the development of the capital markets of the country, to provide for the corporatisation and demutualization of the stock exchanges in Pakistan and to facilitate the integration of these stock exchanges and for matters ancillary thereto; It is hereby enacted as follows: CHAPTER-I PRELIMINARY
