WHEREAS it is expedient, for facility of reference, to assign short titles to the aforesaid Martial Law Regulations and Martial Law Orders and also some of the Martial Law Regulations mentioned in the First Schedule to the Interim Constitution; And whereas the Proclamation of Emergency referred to in clause (8) of Article 139 of the Interim Constitution is in force; It is hereby enacted as follows:—
