75: Revenue Officers

Revenue Officers.– (1) There shall be the same classes of Revenue Officers under this Act as under the Punjab Land Revenue Act, [1967], and, in the absence of any order of the [Provincial Government] to the contrary, a Revenue Officer of any class having jurisdiction within any local limits under that Act shall be a Revenue Officer of the same class having jurisdiction within the same local limits under this Act. (2) The expressions “Collector” and [Board of Revenue] have the same meaning in this Act as in the Punjab Land Revenue Act, [1967].
