69. One day poll.—(1) The Commission shall hold polls for a general election for an Assembly on the same day and may simultaneously hold the polls for National Assembly seats and the Provincial Assembly seats. (2) If the Commission is satisfied that polls cannot take place in a constituency on account of a natural calamity or for any other reason beyond its control, the Commission may fix another day for holding the poll in that constituency.
