Section 56: Questions and claims to be decided by the authority specified in the regulations

56. Questions and claims to be decided by the authority specified in the regulations. — All claims under this Ordinance and all questions as to___ (a) whether any person is an insured person within the meaning of this Ordinance or whether he is liable to pay the insured person's contribution ; or (b) the rate of wages or average daily wages of an insured person for the purposes of this Ordinance ; or (c) the rate of contribution payable by employer in respect of an employee ; or (d) the person who is or was the employer in respect of any insured person ; or (e) any benefit and the amount and duration thereof ; or (f) any other matter in respect of any contribution or benefit or other dues payable or recoverable under this Ordinance; shall be decided by such authority and in such manner as the regulations may provide.
