Section 5B: Pensionary benefits to serving District and Sessions Judge retiring while serving as Judge of a Court

1[5B. Pensionary benefits to serving District and Sessions Judge retiring while serving as Judge of a Court.— Where a serving District and Sessions Judge retires while serving as a Judge of a Court, he shall be entitled to such pension as would have been admissible to him in his service as District and Sessions Judge, had he not been appointed as Judge of a Court, his service as a Judge of a Court being treated as service for the purpose of calculating that pension.]
