17: Death of preemptor — Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pre-emption Act, 1987

(1) Where a pre-emptor before the decree of a Court has alienated his property on the basis of which he is entitled to the right of pre-emption, his right of pre-emption shall abate. (2) An alienee of the property under sub-section (1) shall also not be entitled to the right of pre-emption.
