26. Power to make rules.—(1) The Federal Government shall make rules, not inconsistent with this Act, to carry out the purposes of this Act. (2) Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing Power, such rules may provide for— (a) financial or operational management of the Corporation; (b) administrative oversight with regards to various activities of the Corporation; and (c) any other matters connected therewith or ancillary thereto.
