8: Offenses to be cognizable and non-compoundable — Balochistan Child Marriages Restraint Act, 2025

Notwithstanding anything contained In the Code of Criminal Procedure, (Act V of 1898), an offence punishable under this Act shall be cognizable, non- bailable and non-compoundable.
