21J. Harbouring.__ (1) A person commits an offence if he harbours any person who has committed an offence under this Act. (2) A person guilty of an offence under subsection (1) shall be liable on conviction topunishment as provided in sections 216 and 216A of the Pakistan Penal Code (Act XLV of 1860).
