Saving for rights for Federal Government. —4[Nothing] in this Act shall authorize any Provincial Government to make any order or do any other thing in relation to any 1[Government] property not vested in 5[that Provincial Government] (26 Geo. 5, c. 2.) or otherwise to prejudice any 1[Government] rights, without the consent of the Government or authority concerned.]
