Bar to civil suits.– No person whose ejectment has been ordered by a Revenue Court under section 45, sub-section (6), or whose suit has been dismissed under section 50, may institute a suit in a Civil Court to contest his liability to ejectment, or to recover possession or occupancy rights, or to recover compensation].
