5. Members of the Commission.—(1) The Members of the commission shall be professionals of known integrity and experience in the social sector. (2) A Member shall hold office during the pleasure of the President. (3) A Member may resign his office by writing in his hand addressed to the Chairman. (4) The business of the Commission shall be conducted as prescribed.
